When weather permits, our students and faculty spend time in the great outdoors. Students pick berries, identify wildlife and picnic on the grounds. In this age of video games, around the clock cartoons and overwhelming technology the simple wonder of getting back to nature had amazing benefit for every student.

The early Montessori program centers on useful tasks and events that occur in daily life, cleaning up after oneself, pouring liquids, using scissors and glue, putting clothing on hangers and more.
